Pressure Transmitters DS1-010 and DS1-420

applications:

description:

The pressure transmitters of the series DS1-010 and DS1-420 works in air and non aggressive gases. They measure difference- and absolut-pressure, relative pressure and optionally velocity of flow. The analog output signal is 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The 4-20 mA pressure transmitter is build in two wire technic. For velocity of flow measurement you must order the square root output. Because of the piezoresistive cell DS1 reachs a high reliability and precision. The transmitters are housed in a robust aluminium package. This guarantees very good EMV-properties. A individual calibration certificate belongs to every pressure-transmitter.

* Because of an additional special circuit the transmitter canīt be damaged due to a wrong connection.

  That means: both wires can be changed. Between connection 2 and GND of the power supply must be 

   connected a resistor RB= 20 ... 400 at power supply + 24 V DC.

optionally square root output (for measuring velocity of flow):

DS1 measures the velocity of flow if it is completet with a square root output. Therefor a measuring blend or a Prandtl-tube must exist or be ordered.
